Trieste is a city like no other in Italy. With its mix of Italian, Austrian, and Slovenian influences, it has a unique charm that captivated us during our recent visit. We strolled along the beautiful Piazza Unità d’Italia, one of the most stunning squares in Europe, right on the Adriatic Sea. We admired the grandeur of the Canal Grande, visited the majestic Castello di Miramare, and walked along the scenic Molo Audace, feeling the famous Bora wind on our faces. Of course, no visit to Trieste is complete without stopping for a coffee in one of its historic cafés, where we enjoyed a delicious local specialty.

Rome is a city that never loses its charm. During our recent visit, we wandered through its historic streets, soaking in the beauty of its iconic squares and monuments. From the lively atmosphere of Piazza Navona to the elegance of Piazza di Spagna, from the grandeur of the Pantheon to the breathtaking Fontana di Trevi, every corner of Rome is a postcard-perfect scene. We also stopped by Piazza del Popolo, one of the city’s most scenic squares, before indulging in a delicious focaccia with Roman porchetta—a must-try local specialty!
